This past weekend, Le Régiment Bourbonnais was in Bolton, CT for a Return to Camp No. 5. What is now known as Rose Farm, Bolton Heritage Farm was the original site of the French Camp No. 5 on the march to Yorktown. We owe a debt of gratitude to the Town of Bolton, CT for hosting the event. Thank you to the 2nd Massachusetts Regiment - Recreated Glover's Marblehead Regiment The 6th Connecticut Regiment , and the 25th Continental Regimentfor supporting us. Although a small event, everyone I spoke with had a good time. We distributed rations Saturday morning. The rations were used in our cooking contest. We incorporated a scavenger hunt, which kept the public more engaged than I have seen in a long time. The weather limited our ability to do multi-unit drilling. However, we were able to get some in on Sunday.

Today was a great time at the Attleboro Memorial day parade! We always enjoy the march, and we hope everyone has a meaningful Memorial day!

Today was our first day out of the season! We were at the Nathanael Greene Homestead drilling and inspecting our kits for the new year!
