Our first week of fall ball starts tomorrow! For the first two weeks our fall ballers will have baseball clinic from professional coaches from the Chicago White Sox Youth Camps. There will two separate times based on teams.

At last night’s monthly board meeting, the Bolingbrook Tee Ball Association Board held their annual elections and the following individuals were elected for a two-year term:

* Dan Wołowicz - Administrative VP
* Kyle Greenfield - Game Operations VP
* Ralph Aguirre - Treasurer
* Dominick Polcari - Head Umpire
* Atina Sims - Equipment Manager
* Jon Cardenas - Director of Special Events
* Logan Durkin - Little Tees Coordinator
* Spencer Tylin - Assistant Media Coordinator
* Coral Pidone - Assistant Tee-Ball Coordinator
* Tahreem Iqbal - Assistant Coach Pitch/Kid Pitch Coordinator

In addition, the following were appointed to the board as their position is up for election next year.

* Crystal Tylin - Assistant Umpire
* Emily Kasper - Assistant Equipment Manager

All of these individuals will join the rest of the board whose terms will end in 2027

* Erin Karpus - President
* Lisa Wolowicz - Secretary
* Vicente Fernandez - Publicity Coordinator
* Vinnie Cicchirillo - Media Coordinator
* Samantha Greenfield - Coach Pitch/Kid Pitch Coordinator
* Jason Karpus - Tee-Ball Coordinator
* Jeremy Davis - Fall Ball Coordinator

Finally, we would like to thank Kris and Miguel Gonzalez, who are ending their time as members of the board. We thank them for the years of commitment and dedication to our organization as equipment manager and Assistant Coach Pitch/Kid Pitch Coordinator (and assistant TO the equipment manager😄) respectively. We wish them the best in their future endeavors.

An email is going around, apparently sent by members of our board inviting folks to a potluck. Sad to say, there is no potluck and seems to be a spam/phishing email.

As with most email safety recommendations, do not open suspicious emails or emails from people you do not know. Do not click on suspicious links or share vital information with people you don’t know or on suspicious websites. If you believe you’ve been “hacked” change your passwords.

If your young player misses playing after the spring season ended, consider registering them for fall ball!

Fall ball is a great time to focus in on development, having fun, making new friends and being a good teammate!
