IAETP is a non-profit volunteer-based organization. IBUG consists of private and government employed professionals, from across the state, which uses software for the design and production of engineering, architectural, construction, and other technical plans and solutions. We host bi-annual conferences in order to help our members learn about current and new software capabilities, new applications, new skills, and how to assist other users to get the most out of the software

We are just a group of CAD users that want to connect to and assist as many other CAD users as possible. This is why we hold twice annual conferences, one in Springfield and one in the Chicago area: To gather, to get to know others, and to teach and to learn. The name “Bentley” in this case, IS NOT about an expensive car company: Bentley is one of the world’s leading Computer aided Drafting (CAD) and design (CADD) software developers. With programs like MicroStation for basic drafting, to Inroads and Geopak for Highway and roadway design, and literally hundreds more, they provide a full complement of just about everything needed for the designer, drafter, Engineer, Architect and more.
