"Where does the money actually go?" Fair question — here's the answer.

Every dollar from the Stepping Up Walk goes to Boise Love INC. Love INC works through a network of local churches, connecting people in need with neighbors who can help: food, personal needs, work projects, mentorship, classes. For Stepping Up, that means housing-related help — a repair, a payment, a step toward stability — for families who ask.

Love INC receives the funds, vets each need, and distributes the help. My Home Connection never handles the money. That's by design; it keeps the help where it belongs and your donation deductible through Love INC's 501(c)(3).

Our mission relies on incredible volunteers like you to keep our vital programs running smoothly. Right now, we have a need for dedicated individuals to join our team in three key areas: serving at the Blessing Barn Thrift Store, childcare at Abundant Living and filling needs during our God Always Provides appointments! And we have many other ways you can serve at Boise Love INC!
