No one came to the IMPACT/PROCESS group last Monday so I am canceling this coming Monday's, 22th, and next Monday's, 29, group. We will begin again Monday the 5th.

ATTENTION: There will be an in person peer lead IMPACT/PROCESS meeting from 12 noon to 1:30pm Monday Dec 15th, at PEER WELLNESS at the new building @ 8515 W. Overland Rd in Boise. Take Overland to Vinnell, go south on Vinnell, take first right into business park, drive to the back. Call 208-866-5381, if you are lost. This is a free group! Please come and be among people who understand!

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation to all who have supported these groups, past and present. Peer-to-peer groups are instrumental in promoting mental health growth by facilitating empathy and understanding among members. Through shared experiences and journeys, we offer support and guidance, reminding you that you are not alone and helping you to navigate everyday issues. I hope everyone is able to make Thanksgiving a day of gratitude for things, big and little. Although we haven't been able to meet in person lately (we are still searching for a space), please know that I am available should you feel the need to vent-- no judgment! You can contact me here.
