2026 Proposed Bylaws
Amendment E-Vote Schedule

Opening Date: Tuesday, October 20th
Closing Date: Tuesday, November 3rd @ 11:30pm MST

Homeowners will receive an invitation to vote from the voting site once the ballot is open.
This invitation will include instructions for voting, a link to the voting site, and your unique registration code.

If you do not receive the email invite by Wednesday,10/21 or have questions, please contact the town office via email: [email protected].

Please be sure to add [email protected] to your safe sender list/address book to ensure you receive the email invitation.

How to Vote Online:
Click the link in your email to go to the voting site.
Register for the vote with your name, email, and create a password.
Select your choices and submit your ballot.

Note: Homeowners with multiple properties are casting one vote for each property with this transaction.

CALL FOR CANDIDATES: 2027 TOWN COUNCIL ELECTION

The Hidden Springs Town Association is preparing for the 2027 Town Council election and invites interested homeowners to consider serving on the Town Council.

We are seeking homeowners who want to take an active role in guiding the community and helping shape its future. Serving on the Town Council requires a commitment of 15+ hours per month.

Homeowners interested in learning more about the position are encouraged to contact the HSTA office or speak directly with a current Town Council member.

The Notice of Intent to Stand for Election form is available on the community website and at the Town Office. Interested candidates should also review Articles 4 and 5 of the current Bylaws (6/12/24), which outline Town Council powers, duties, and officer responsibilities.

Application Deadline: Monday, November 2, 2026 @ 5pm

Applications may be emailed to: [email protected] or dropped off in the green mailbox at the office front door.

The completed Notice of Intent to Stand for Election form and a Candidate Statement must be submitted to the Town Office no later than November 2, 2026 by 5pm.

Proposed Bylaws Amendments:

If you missed last night’s Special Meeting of the HSTA regarding the proposed amendments to the Bylaws, members of the Governing Documents Revision Committee (GDRC)* will be available in person to answer your questions and chat through the details:

· Thursday, Oct. 15: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at the Mail Room | 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the Clubhouse

· Friday, Oct. 16: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at the Mail Room

· Saturday, Oct. 17: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the Town Office (Additional meeting times will be announced soon.)

2. Scroll down to Proposed Bylaws Changes and click on Proposed 3rd Amended & Restated Bylaws of Hidden Springs Town Association, Inc.

3. From there, you can access the Proposed Redlined Amended Bylaws, Proposed Amended Bylaws, Executive Summary, and Current Bylaws.

These proposed amendments—developed by the Committee, refined by the Town Council, and reviewed by legal counsel—will soon be voted on by the community. Your participation is essential, so please stop by to ask questions and stay informed!

*The GDRC is a Town Council-appointed committee tasked with proposing member-centric amendments to our existing By-laws consistent with the Master Declaration and recent changes in Idaho State Law.

From the Farm Committee:

What a wonderful turn out we had at the Hidden Springs Community Farm Harvest Festival today! Hidden Springs residents that could not make it to the festival today have another opportunity to pick up carving pumpkins tomorrow night (Monday, October 12th) during the regular farm volunteer work session between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

After Monday evening, remaining pumpkins will be placed outside the deer fence for residents to pick up unmonitored.
