Who was Tom Birch and why do we continue the Tom Birch Giveback? 🤍

Tom was a respected leader in the mortgage industry and a valued part of IMLA. He dedicated his career to housing, encouraged others to get involved, and used his voice to make our industry and community stronger.

His impact went far beyond business. Tom believed in showing up, giving back, and using your position to make a difference.

That legacy is why, at every IMLA luncheon, we continue the Tom Birch Giveback by donating $250 to a local nonprofit housing organization.

It’s our way of continuing what Tom represented: advocacy, involvement, service, and a commitment to making housing and our industry better.

Tom left an impact on IMLA and the people around him. Our goal is to keep pushing that legacy forward. 🤝
