Hi friends! I’m excited to announce the re-launch of Passport to Boise this summer! We’re doing a bit of a rebrand on it and it will now be known as Kid Capitalist, but the program will remain the same.
If you are unfamiliar with the program, it helps kids aged 7-17ish explore different businesses in the Treasure Valley to see how they operate, create their products/services, serve their customers, and contribute to the community.
Businesses participate by agreeing to host a monthly workshop or activity during the summer months, giving these kids a behind-the-scenes look at their company. The kids buy a passport book and can go to as many of the activities as they want all summer long. At our peak we had over 300 activities for these kids to participate in.
If you are a business in the valley and would like to join us I would love to chat with you a bit more about the program. There’s no cost to participate and it’s a great way to help kids discover entrepreneurship.
