Today, our Go Team Therapy & Crisis Dogs had the honor of visiting Middleton High School as the school community came together following the heartbreaking loss of a student.
In moments like these, words can sometimes feel too small. Grief moves differently through each person; through tears, silence, memories, and sometimes simply the need to sit beside someone who understands without saying a word.
Our dogs offered what they know best: a gentle presence, a warm nudge, a quiet place to breathe, a few puppy kisses and a little comfort in a very difficult time.
To the Middleton Viking family: you are not alone. May you hold close the memories, lean on one another, and allow yourselves the space to grieve, heal, and support each other.
From all of us at Go Team Therapy & Crisis Dogs, our hearts are with the students’ families, friends, classmates, teachers, and the entire Middleton community.
