As I've walked this journey, I've come to realize something.

I've seen what happens when people have to advocate for themselves just to be heard. I've seen how easy it is for someone to feel invisible when they're facing life's hardest moments.

I've also learned that many young adults aging out of foster care face similar challenges. They aren't lacking potential—they're lacking opportunity, support, guidance, and sometimes something as simple as reliable transportation to get to work, school, or their next step in life.

My love for my children opened my heart to a greater purpose. It inspired me to create Karmic Soulutions Inc., because I believe every young person deserves to know that someone believes in them and that their future is worth investing in.

No one should have to face adulthood alone.

Hello, I'm Eileen DeLeon, founder and CEO of Karmic Soulutions Inc.

I never imagined my journey would lead me to standing at the United States Courthouse advocating for my civil rights. Life has tested me in ways I never thought possible. The road has been far more than difficult—it has been heartbreaking, humbling, and life-changing.

Through every challenge, one thing has never changed: my love for my three children. They are my greatest inspiration. My hope for their future has given me the courage to keep standing, keep learning, and keep fighting—not only for them, but for others whose voices deserve to be heard.

That is why I founded Karmic Soulutions Inc. I believe that our greatest struggles can become our greatest purpose. My vision is to help young adults transitioning from foster care gain access to transportation, opportunity, and the support they need to build independent, fulfilling lives.
