The Idaho Access Coalition Taskforce (ACT) is a coalition of community partners that use a multi-faceted approach to actualize bodily autonomy and reproductive freedom in Idaho. We envision a world where reproductive care is safe, accessible, and free from punishment and stigma regardless of a person’s race, income, sexual orientation, gender identity, citizenship status, zip code, or incarceratio
n status. We do this work in multiple ways; educating Idahoans who support rights and access to abortion care about current policies in our state and the harm caused by abortion restrictions; mobilizing Idahoans to organize within their networks; activating and supporting Idahoans to be engaged publicly about their support of access to all reproductive care and opposing laws that restrict access to abortion care and providing intersectional education that ends the stigma around abortion care and moves us all towards liberation. The Community Partner Table is a coalition of social justice organizations, health care providers*, faith communities*, and community members committed to the goal of ensuring everyone has access to safe, affordable abortion care without barriers, shame or stigma.
