Special Fall Flight program alerts!
We know Fall Flights are usually on weekends... but this Thursday, October 8th, we're shaking things up with an additional Fall Flights show at 11am! It's the same bird-tastic fun, but on a day when you least expect it. We need a packed amphitheater to get those birds flying high, so round up your crew and grab tickets at FallFlights.org before they fly away!

In addition, we will be having two shows interpreted in American Sign Language on October 17th (sold out) and October 25th.

Last week we had a large kettle of Turkey Vultures fly over us during Fall Flights as they embarked on their yearly fall migration south towards Central and South America. Just like clockwork they will come back next spring to breed. It is a wonderful reminder about how migratory birds connect the globe as they travel. The Turkey Vulture that someone sees this winter in Columbia, could be the same one that flew over our heads while Phoenix the Red-tailed Hawk showcased her talents in Fall Flights!

One week to go: Condor Release Watch Party at Wild Frontier B**r Project on September 26

Join us and a group of other Boise-based condor fans as we celebrate the 30th Annual California Condor Release! We'll broadcast the live condor release, have condor merch on-site, and $1 from every beverage supports The Peregrine Fund's California Condor Program.

Did you know you can adopt a raptor at the World Center for Birds of Prey? Welcome to our Adopt a Raptor program! We are excited to announce that three new raptors have just joined the program: Murphy the Peregrine Falcon, Freyja the Gyrfalcon, and Ramses the Egyptian Vulture. This is a symbolic adoption program that allows you to "adopt" one of our Avian Ambassadors for a year. Your sponsorship directly supports the high-quality care each bird receives, including their food, housing, enrichment, travel, and medical needs.

We offer three levels of adoption: Digital, General, and Experience (includes an in-person Trianer Talk). You can show your support and submit an adoption today by visiting peregrinefund.org/adopt-raptor.
