The Boise Brotherhood is a space for men committed to pulling each other forward into healthier masculinity through honest conversation, accountability, and real connection. This is where men come to be seen, challenged, and supported — learning how to lead themselves with more presence, integrity, and strength.

We gather for open dialogue, shared experiences, intentional activities. We read and discuss book that spark reflection and action. From Man’s Search for Meaning by Victor Franco, to Men’s Work by Connor Beaton, to The Four Agreements Don Luis Miguel, to From the Core by John Wineland the goal is simple: growth that actually translates into everyday life.

This isn’t about having it all figured out.It’s about showing up. Listening. Speaking truth. Being willing to evolve — together.

Each Immersion spans five to seven hours over Saturday and Sunday, offering a deep dive into personal growth and connection without lodging or meal accommodations. Located in an urban area with walkable lunch options, this event is designed for the everyday man, whether you’re navigating a significant life transition or simply seeking deeper connection. We welcome men of all ages, backgrounds, and diverse experiences to join us.
