Last year, Idaho Preferred escorted chefs to The Berry Ranch Gutierrez Family Farms Purple Sage Farms The Shed at Garrett Ranches Lakeview Fruit Huston Vineyards. The event culminated in a table-top showcase where participants met with several local producers + food crafters who are ready to expand their reach into establishments and onto local menus. This year promises to be just as enriching, with loads of farm-to-fork possibilities to explore!
