Day 1 = done and so energizing 🙌

We kicked off the Annual Meeting in Boise with a full day of inspiration, practical takeaways, and meaningful connection.

From reframing burnout as a signal for change, to breaking down how evidence becomes real-world nutrition guidance, the morning sessions set a strong, thought-provoking tone. We also took a closer look at food insecurity in Idaho and the powerful role nutrition education plays in building healthier communities.

Lunch brought great conversations with poster presenters and exhibitors (and plenty of idea-sharing 🤝).

The afternoon was all about growth and application—turning setbacks into opportunities, supporting women’s health across the lifespan, and diving into hydration strategies and the MIND diet for healthy aging.

Big themes of the day: resilience, innovation, and impact.

Can’t wait to see what Day 2 brings! ✨
