Greetings church family!! Today is my and Cathy's 42nd anniversary. One thing I know, she's having a much better day than I am... but there's still comfort and joy in my heart, because I have Jesus, I have my church family, I have my family and I have the memories of 37 truly blessed years with my Cathy.

That being said, the Lord has laid all the folks celebrating their wedding anniversary today without their beloved on my heart. I want to pray for them... I hope you will take a moment and pray for them too:

Father God, there are many of your children struggling through their anniversary today this side of eternity while their loved one is with you. So Lord, I pray for each and every one of them today. I pray that you bless them with overflowing joy, comfort and peace as only You can. I pray Father God that each and every one of these children of yours feel Your presence beside them and Your arms around them. I pray Lord that You fill them to overflowing with joyful memories and encourage them to know, this journey is not a long one. Soon we will be united with our loved one again, in heaven, in Your presence and the presence of our Savior Jesus. Oh what a truly glorious day that will be!! Thank you for this promise Lord. In Jesus name. Amen

Good afternoon FaceBook family! I pray you all are having a truly blessed day.
I wanted to alert you to the fact that we are not able to broadcast our worship service live at this time due to significant technical challenges. We are working through all of them and pray we will be up and running as usual in the next 3-4 weeks. In the meantime, please keep us in your prayers as we will also keep you in ours. We miss you and love you and are anxious to be together again soon!
I will keep you informed of progress in this situation.

Wow! I honestly don’t know what else to say. It was truly an awesome night at Mountain View. Tony let us in our annual Seder meal. What an amazing worship. What an amazing opportunity to see Jesus in all these wonderful traditions and practices. As if that’s not enough, we also get to share in an abundance of amazing food. God is so good! He truly deserves all our praise and adoration. We will be doing it again next year and of course you all are invited to join us. Special thanks to Tony, his mom Glada, Marc, Bob Schmidt, and anybody else I may have missed that helped bring this worship together.
The last picture is the empty hall and tables as we all went out. Just like the empty upper room after Jesus’ last meal with his disciples and they went out.

What a blessing to support our brothers and sisters in Christ from the Boise Chinese Church again this year, by sharing our baptistry with them for their annual baptism service. It’s a blessing, and honors God, when God’s churches share their blessings with each other.
