We did it! 🎉 The Annual Toy Brigade was a success! With the help of Boise Fire Local 149 Community Assistance Fund, Mr. & Mrs. Claus, and Boise Firefighters, we delivered toys and goodwill to over 100 kids ranging from infants to teens at St. Luke’s and Ronald McDonald House hospitals.

Thank you to everyone who supported and made this heartwarming event possible. Together, we’ve brought smiles to children and families this holiday season.

Posted • 🇺🇸 🇨🇦 Thousands of IAFF members from across the United States and Canada gathered in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, to honor the lives of Coeur d’Alene Local 710 Battalion Chief John Morrison Jr. and Kootenai County Local 2856 Battalion Chief Frank Harwood – both killed in the line of duty during a tragic ambush on June 29.

With pipes and drums, salutes, and solemn tributes, the fire service family stood united in grief, respect, and solidarity.

Their legacy of courage and service will never be forgotten. 🙏

Posted • When we said “we are locking arms” with the rest of the .ff.of.idaho to support our brothers and sisters up north we meant it.

Our members have deployed to staff KCFR stations, providing their community with 48 hours of coverage over the next two days. This will give the firefighters up north time to heal, honor, and mourn their fallen during funeral services.

Posted • Our Kids Program participated in some really exciting activities over winter break! From a whole afternoon of rollerskating to bowling with Boise firefighters, everyone had such a wonderful time! We’re so thankful for PATHS, Bishop Kelly High School, and the Boise Fire Local 149 Community Assistance Fund for sponsoring these incredible experiences for our kids here at the Mission!
