We are an Idaho based Women's Flag Football Team who is committed to empowering women to play sports and expand their knowledge of the sport of football. We teach women to love themselves through the play of sports and give them the oppurtunity to meet other like minded individuals to build friendships and networks with. We focus on the education and the basic skills training of flag football so that even those who know nothing about the sport can learn to love it.

Big win energy ➡️ Mother’s Day celebrations 💐➡️ Now, it’s time for business.

We’re coming off a huge win, got to celebrate the incredible moms who make this team stronger on and off the field, and now all eyes are on Sunday.

The Heat take on the Black Widows in a massive matchup this weekend 🔥

It’s also our final week of our Timeout for Mental Health campaign supporting NAMI Idaho. Wear green, share the cause, and help us finish strong as we continue raising awareness and funds for mental health.

Happy Mother’s Day to the moms of the Heat ❤️

Today we celebrate the women on our team who show up in every role they carry. They’re raising kids, building careers, leading households, and somehow still finding time to show up to practice, battle on game day, and chase their own goals.

The same qualities that make them incredible mothers show up every time they step on the field: patience, toughness, selflessness, leadership, protection, and unconditional love for the people around them. They’re the first to hype up a teammate, check in after a hard day, and remind us what true strength looks like.

To the moms who prove that motherhood and ambition can coexist… thank you for setting the standard. Your kids get to watch you be fearless, and we’re lucky to share the field with you.

Our Week 2 Player of the Week goes to Teagan “Sulli” Sullivan!

In her second year with the Idaho Heat, Teags has become a cornerstone of the squad, the kind of teammate who is always supportive and truly down for anything the team needs. Sporting the #5 jersey, she was a defensive standout again this week with three flag pulls and a stunning deflection, maintaining the impressive consistency she’s shown all season.

Beyond the stats, Teags is the first to offer a word of encouragement, bringing a warmth and willingness to the field that makes everyone around her better. She is a remarkable woman who inspires others both on and off the field, and her team deeply loves her for the unwavering support and beautiful spirit she brings to the team every day.

Louie’s Pizza presents our Week 1 Captains’ Pick: #7 Les “Skullz” Sedano! 🔥

Les had an incredible performance on Sunday and was a constant problem for the Lady Invaders’ offense. She finished with 4 flag pulls, all sacks on the quarterback, consistently blowing up plays in the backfield. When she wasn’t getting the sack, she was applying nonstop pressure, forcing rushed decisions and inaccurate passes.

What stands out most is that this didn’t just happen overnight. Les brings that same effort and intensity to practice every week. She’s always working, always pushing, and it showed in a big way on game day. Her impact was undeniable and a huge part of our defensive success. Absolute DAWG. 🐾🔥
