MOTION IN LIMINE, MOTION TO STRIKE, AND HOLY DECLARATIONS
BEFORE THE COURTS OF HEAVEN
FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
IN THE COURTS OF HEAVEN
Before the Throne of the Righteous and Holy Judge, Almighty God.
We, the ecclesia, the redeemed of the Lord, standing as priests and intercessors through the blood covenant of Jesus Christ, humbly come before the throne of grace according to Hebrews 4:16, seeking mercy, repentance, cleansing, restoration, and national awakening for the United States of America.
We acknowledge that righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people according to Proverbs 14:34. Therefore, we bow in humility, repentance, and surrender before the Lord Jesus Christ.
MOTION IN LIMINE AND MOTION TO STRIKE
We respectfully file a Motion in Limine before the Courts of Heaven asking that every accusation, indictment, and legal claim of the enemy against this nation and Your covenant people be restrained from further influence because Jesus Christ has already satisfied the penalty for sin through His shed blood at Calvary according to Colossians 2:14.
We file a Motion to Strike every legal accusation concerning confessed and repented sins, declaring that the blood of Jesus speaks a better word than the blood of Abel according to Hebrews 12:24.
We repent individually and as a nation for pride, rebellion, idolatry, immorality, greed, complacency, injustice, violence, covenant-breaking, lukewarmness, corruption, and the rejection of God’s holy standards.
We repent for the shedding of innocent blood through abortion and violence. According to Psalm 106:38, we confess that innocent blood has defiled the land, and we ask for mercy through the blood of Jesus Christ.
We repent for confusion regarding identity and the rejection of God’s created order. According to Genesis 1:27, You created mankind male and female. We ask for truth, clarity, healing, and restoration of God’s design and biology.
We repent for the sin of human trafficking, exploitation, abuse, and modern slavery. We ask the Lord to expose darkness, break criminal networks, free captives, and bring justice according to Isaiah 61:1.
We repent for complacency within the Church and for failing to stand as watchmen upon the walls according to Isaiah 62:6.
We repent for corruption and unrighteous leadership and ask the Lord to raise up righteous, capable, and God-fearing men and women to govern according to Exodus 18:21.
We repent for every evil altar erected knowingly or unknowingly in this land that speaks curses, division, death, violence, perversion, and rebellion against the purposes of God.
We decree and declare according to Isaiah 54:17 that every tongue rising in judgment against the purposes of God for this nation shall be condemned.
REPENTANCE AND NATIONAL REDEDICATION
According to Romans 12:1, we present ourselves as living sacrifices, holy and acceptable unto God, which is our reasonable service.
According to Deuteronomy 8, we repent for forgetting the Lord after receiving blessing, prosperity, and increase. We acknowledge that it is God who gives power to obtain wealth and establish covenant.
We decree and declare that the United States shall remember the Lord and return to covenant foundations.
According to Psalm 33:12, we declare: “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.” We decree that America shall once again honor the Lord openly and without compromise.
According to Isaiah 58:12, we declare that the ancient ruins shall be rebuilt, foundations restored, breaches repaired, and generations healed.
As this nation approaches and celebrates 250 years of independence, we decree and declare that America shall be re-dedicated unto the Lord Jesus Christ for His glory and purposes.
According to the prophetic word released on January 16, 2026, a portion states that:
“The seeds that are buried will bring a harvest at the proper time.”
According to Galatians 6:9, we decree that righteous seeds sown in prayer, repentance, holiness, revival, fasting, worship, obedience, and intercession shall arise into harvest in the appointed season.
We decree that buried covenant promises, mantles, destinies, prodigals, ministries, and righteous foundations shall arise again by the Spirit of God.
According to John 12:24, we declare that what has been buried in sacrifice shall bring forth much fruit for the Kingdom of God.
DECREE OF HOLY FIRE AND REVIVAL
According to the vision of the raging fire within a deep well, burning against red bricks but unseen from the outside, we acknowledge the word of the Lord spoken in said vision that: “Repentance is key.”
Therefore, we repent individually and nationally that the hidden fire of God may become visible through holiness, purity, revival, miracles, boldness, and truth.
We decree according to Malachi 3:2-3 that the Lord shall purify His people as silver and gold.
We decree according to Acts 2 that holy fire shall fall again upon the Body of Christ in America.
We declare that wells of revival that have been stopped by compromise, religion, fear, or sin shall be reopened in Jesus’ name.
We decree that hidden fires of intercession, righteousness, and awakening shall burst forth openly across cities, states, churches, families, and generations.
We decree that the fire of the Lord shall burn what is not of Him.
DECREE CONCERNING KEYS AND AUTHORITY
According to Haggai 2:9, we declare that the glory of the latter house shall be greater than the former.
We decree that every believer has been entrusted with spiritual authority and kingdom keys according to Matthew 16:19.
We declare that we use these keys through repentance, prayer, fasting, obedience, worship, forgiveness, truth, intercession, holiness, and agreement with God’s Word.
We bind every work of darkness operating against the purposes of God for this nation and loose righteousness, justice, truth, mercy, awakening, and salvation according to Matthew 16:19.
DECREE AGAINST EVIL ALTARS
We decree according to Jeremiah 1:10 that evil structures, wicked altars, and demonic systems speaking against this nation shall be rooted out, pulled down, destroyed, and overthrown.
We declare that every voice issuing curses against families, children, marriages, churches, and this nation shall be silenced by the authority of Jesus Christ.
We decree blessings instead of curses according to Numbers 23:23.
We decree protection over children, restoration over families, purity over the Church, justice over government, and righteousness over the land.
We decree that America shall align with the purposes of God and return to biblical truth and covenant identity.
FINAL DECLARATIONS
We declare that mercy triumphs over judgment according to James 2:13.
We declare that Jesus Christ is Lord over the United States of America.
We decree that revival, repentance, holiness, truth, justice, and the fear of the Lord shall sweep across this land.
We decree that the blood of Jesus prevails over accusation, condemnation, division, death, and destruction.
We declare that the seeds buried in tears shall rise in harvest, and the purposes of God for this nation shall not fail.
We seal these decrees, declarations, petitions, and motions in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Advocate, Redeemer, Lord of lords and King of kings, and by the authority of His name. Amen!!
