We want to clarify the details and schedule for our upcoming photo day this Thursday, August 6, 2026. To keep things moving smoothly, we will be taking photos by section from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please note the time change. This will allow the photography company time to get set up.

Please review the specific times, attire, and ordering details below.

Photo Schedule by Section
Please arrive only during your student's allotted time block:

9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Woodwinds & Color Guard

10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: All Brass & Percussion

Families with Multiple Students
If you have multiple students assigned to different time blocks, we suggest arriving right at the transition point. Having them show up at the end of the first block and the beginning of the second block will help minimize your waiting time.

Required Attire & Uniform Instructions
What to wear: All students must arrive wearing BLACK athletic shorts and a t-shirt.

Changing process: Students will change into their marching uniforms at the school for the pictures.

After photos: Students must immediately pack their uniforms back into their bags and return them to the racks properly.

How to Order Photos
The photography company is using a digital ordering system.

Students will receive and send their personal photo order information via text message on photo day.

The first week of Band Camp is in the books! Thank you Boerne Fire Dept for capping it off with a much needed cool down! Thank you to the amazing Cox Family for all of the added balloons, the Williamsons for the amazing Chick-Fil-A lunch and Mrs. Ebstyne for all of the pictures this week!

📱 Important Student Reminder
• Bring your fully charged cell phone to the Band Hall.
• Photographers will provide digital ordering info on-site.
• You must text or email this information to your parents immediately so they can order your prints!

It’s almost here!! BHS Greyhound Band & Color Guard pool party is this Saturday from 7-10pm at the Boerne City Park Pool! We are looking forward to a fun and splashing good time!
