ROUTE CHANGE!!!
Thanks to the recent rain (which we’re absolutely not complaining about), the trails have decided to grow a jungle, drop a tree across the path, and add a few scenic “water features” you’ll get to splash through.

Out of caution - and because none of us signed up for a surprise triathlon - we’ve created a new route that avoids all that. See the new route in the attached map.
The route is 5K in length. Our 10K personnel will simply enjoy the scenic loop twice. Double the fun, double the sweat.

Once the 5K is complete and everyone is accounted for, we’ll hold the 5K ceremony. Same rhythm for the 10K.

Early packet pickup turnout was… let’s call it “intimate,” so we’ll have check‑in ready around 5:45 (the park opens at 5:00). Registration will close around 6:45 with a race start near 7:00. Remember, this is supposed to be fun - no need to stress like we’re qualifying for the Olympics.
