Perhaps you have already heard, or maybe not....the longest standing tradition in Boerne besides the Kendall County fair has come to an end. Our wonderful annual Band Turkey dinner is not happening this year. It is sad that this fund raiser and mini reunion to so many generations of band alumni/boosters/and supperters will not continue.
I propose we look into having annual reunion of sorts. Who would like to help put on a reunion?

I would not trade my 14 yrs as a Band Mom for anything!

I encourage everyone to go and support the Boerne High Band and Boosters and buy a meal ticket for their 72nd Annual Turkey Dinner! The funds help support all the band needs. As y'all all know, it takes many, many thousands to run a successful band program, not all funding comes from the district, the boosters pick up the remainder of the needs.

It is with heavy heart to announce, Darrell Steubing said Heaven gained another angel this morning. Betty, Aunt Betty as she was known by the band, we'll miss your smile and your sweet fun lovin' spirit.💜

Please pray for Darrell, Uncle Darell and the family.

Service will be Monday, Feb 21st, at St.Johns Luthern Church,11am.

Calling all families, friends, and alumni of the BHS Mighty Greyhound Band:

Please join us in sending off these amazing students as they roll out to Kerrville for the Region 29 UIL Marching Contest! We can’t wait to line the sidewalks as they board their buses and cheer them on to Division I rating! Bring noisemakers, make posters, and send out all the good luck wishes you have!

The band will board the buses on the Stadium side bus loop near the gymnasium, at 6:30p, please try to be in place no later than 6:15p!

Thank you for supporting these wonderful musicians and super kids!
