Lonestar Baseball Club has officially accepted its bid to compete in the Perfect Game WWBA World Championship in Jupiter, Florida on October 8–12.

The WWBA World Championship is one of the most prestigious events in amateur baseball, bringing together many of the nation’s top programs and prospects. Earning this opportunity is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our players, coaches, and families.

We’re putting the finishing touches on our 2026 Fall 9U Lonestar Baseball Club South roster and are looking to add 3 dedicated players to complete our team.

At Lonestar Baseball Club, we’re committed to surrounding our players with coaches who have competed at the highest levels and are passionate about developing the next generation. We’re proud to have Greg Golson on our coaching staff. A former 1st-round MLB Draft pick (21st overall) and Major League outfielder, Greg brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and passion for the game to our organization. Throughout his career, he competed at the highest level and now dedicates that experience to helping young athletes grow both on and off the field. Greg plays an invaluable role in preparing our players for success at the high school level and beyond by teaching the finer details of the game, developing baseball IQ, and mentoring athletes to reach their full potential. We are incredibly grateful to have Greg as part of the Lonestar Baseball Club family. Thank you, Coach Greg, for your commitment, leadership, and the impact you make on our players every day.
