Bakersfield, CA — September 2, 2025: Kern Community Foundation is now accepting applications for the Fall 2025 competitive grant cycle for the Kern River Valley Community Fund (KRVCF). The Fund will award approximately $5,000 to local nonprofits for projects that support the Kern River Valley (KRV) community. The KRVCF is a permanent endowment fund established by members and residents of the KRV community. The Fund is managed through Kern Community Foundation for the sole benefit of the residents of the KRV.
