Since 2009, CIEN has performed seven neurological missions in which more than 1,800 patients received free medical care and more than 360 electroencephalograms have been performed. In addition to neurological care, the organization provides education, research and training to primary health care workers, physicians, patients, families and primary responders about neurological problems, including d

iagnosis, treatment, and management. as non-profit organization on February 14, 2011 and as a tax exempt organization under section 501(c) (3) on June 2011.

It was a pleasure seeing my friends from Hyperfine (Swoop portable MRI) at the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation Philanthropy Gala.

Proud to share that our community was among the first in Florida to adopt this groundbreaking technology. Dear Friends and Colleagues,

We are honored to share that our team is currently in the Galápagos Islands, on Isla Santa Cruz, providing neurological consultations and care at the Universidad Central del Ecuador – Campus Santa Cruz.

Through this mission, we are offering much-needed neurological evaluations, education, and support to the local community, reinforcing our commitment to global health, service, and equitable access to specialized neurological care.

Being able to serve patients in such a unique and meaningful setting is truly humbling, and we are grateful for the collaboration with local partners, volunteers, and the Universidad Central del Ecuador for making this possible.
