May Estahakee Chapter meetings were spectacular! State Regent, Kim Zeman attended and spoke at our monthly meeting and spoke to us about caring for the caretaker, The Elizabeth Dole Foundation and her state project. She then installed the new chapter board members with a meaningful program. Chapter certificates were presented and then we honored America 250! Good Citizen award was presented to a pope Saint John Paul II Highschool winner, boca delray sea cadets scholarship, medal and certificate was awarded and State Regent Kim Zeman joined us on Memorial Day to unveil our Chapters America 250! Part 3: Estahakee chapter was delighted to have members walk in the Delray Beach St Patrick’s Day Parade! Martha Washington made a guest appearance along with young George Washington! The crowd went wild! A Regent from Rhode Island emailed our chapter Regent saying her sister was at the parade and took our photo and sent to her 1400 miles away! It was truly an honor to celebrate patriotism in our community for our country. !

Part 1: Estahakee Chapter March Meeting was blessed to have author and historian Rick Cronin and his wife attend and speak to us about the strong women who helped to develop our area. We played Flag Bingo and sang and danced to the song “I wish you well” by Jack Hartmann. Our chapter had just placed USA flags at a local school and led the Pledge of Allegiance with them at their school assembly, where in closing, the child was face to face with another and they sang the song, which reminds us we take care of each other and ourselves as well.
