The Villa San Remo Board of Directors has decided to open the community pool as of Thursday, May 14, 2020.
To adhere to the CDC guidelines, the Board of Directors are implementing a number of guidelines and asking the residents to follow:
There will only be 10 lounge chairs and two (2) tables with only two (2) chairs at the pool for the resident to use while using the pool area.
There will only be one entrance and exit for the pool – which is the gate next to the clubhouse doors.
The pool hours will be from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm.
While at the pool, residents will need to keep social distancing per the CDC guidelines. The pool is being monitored by our security company and will make announcements if residents are not adhering to social distancing and guidelines, the authorities will be contacted to further enforce action as necessary or the pool will be closed.
Only residents of Villa San Remo will be allowed to use the pool. Please do not bring guests to the pool area.
The pool furniture be cleaned and wiped down daily by the janitorial staff, however when the pool is being used, please bring extra towels to cover the lounge chairs and please wipe them down after use. Please do not move the pool furniture, it is currently at the CDC standards.
Residents will only be allowed to use the pool for two hours to ensure the pool is not over crowded.
The bathrooms will remain open for residents to use
Beverages will be allowed at the pool as long as they are in plastic. No glass is allowed at the pool.
Please remember if you or a family member who is ill such as a cold or coughing should not be at the pool area.
The Board of Directors ask that all residents when using the pool take as much precaution as possible and stay safe as you are using the pool at your own risk and check the Villa San Remo HOA website for further updates at www.vsrhoa.com.
Thank you,
Your Board of Directors
CDC Guidelines, including social distancing guidelines, must be adhered to. Pool capacity must be limited to ensure social distancing in accordance with CDC Guidelines. Under the CDC Guidelines, individuals must maintain a distance of six (6) feet apart. CDC Guidelines still mandate gatherings be less than 10 people.
