Keeping Boca the "quiet bedroom community" where people can hide from what's outside has hidden costs. SAVING BOCA from progress and especially affordable housing may end up COSTING YOU more than silence and quiet are worth.

SAVE BOCA by letting Boca change at the rate of our neighbors, in pace with the world, not by pretending all of South Florida isn't one big megalopolis and that we're somehow "SAVED" by being here. We aren't. In fact the opposite may be more true.

Last week's murder in Colonade has got Boca Raton upset. It doesn't just hit close to home because it's literally within our city, but it's troubling because

TAKE THE POLL!!

Would you pay more in taxes if it guaranteed the preservation and growth of Boca Raton's green spaces?

Boca Raton has reached a crossroads. On one side is the vision of a livable city, rooted in open sky, shaded paths, and green sanctuary. On the other is the

You shouldn't be surprised that developers somehow got residences injected into the plans for OUR CITY CAMPUS!!!
You should be shocked and appalled that you're part of a culture, part of a society, where the authorities aren't ashamed to do this to you. Being part of a high demand city and coping with it is one thing, but when they blatantly make a Town Hall complex multi-use that's gettin abusive with the power.

No? What do you think?

Developers gathered community input last month and made revisions but the project still faces pushback.

This bedroom community is switching to a lazy river community.

Lazy River rides that replace roads and get Boca residents to wherever they need to go? Sure! It sounds fun. Doesn't it?

It's smarter to be less dense.

Let's break past density records and make Boca Raton the most crowded city in South Florida. VOTE YES!!

Fake "environmentalism" is no longer a useful tool for politicians now that residents are all informed about what happened to Red Reef and all the natural destruction of ecosystem that "Beach Renourishment" causes.
This destruction of species and habitat must be discontinued. Where is 4ocean on this?

You may see some activity this week - mobilization will begin for a renourishment project to restore and maintain the beaches south of the Boca Raton Inlet to the southern City limits. The project will continue to Deerfield Beach and the Town of Hillsboro. Active construction is anticipated mid-March and completed by May 1, 2023.

Navigation for boaters WILL NOT be blocked by the construction activities and Boca Raton Inlet WILL NOT be closed. Additionally, approx. 500 feet of beach around the active area will be closed to the public. All other areas of the beach will remain open. www.myboca.us/364/Coastal-Management
