Alyssa was suffering from low back pain and plantar fasciitis. She came to us when she found out we provide a different approach with in-house x-rays and a low force, gentle, but specific Chiropractic technique. She is no longer needing ibuprofen and lives pain-free!🤩

Her long-term goals are to live in a healthy body, so she can continue living and moving! She is stoked about her new Embrace Coffee mug - it’s hard to see, but awesome!☕️

Why do we always ask about quality of sleep?!🤨

When we hit deep REM sleep, is when we HEAL the most!🥳 Even Practice Members who don’t think they have an issue with their quality of sleep will notice improvement through care and realize they were not sleeping as well as they should.

Did you know our cerebral spinal fluid “cleans” our brain during our sleep each night?! If we are not sleeping deeply enough, or we have misalignments in our cervical (neck) spine, this bath doesn’t take place. This results in an accumulation of neurodegenerative gunk resulting in headaches, insomnia, and autoimmune diseases down the road. 🤯

This little guy is SMART! He pulls his own hat down during naps to block the light.😆😴 he sure loves his adjustments! Mom brought him in for lip and tongue ties and overall fussiness. She’s reported great improvement!🤩
