For years, SC WIL has worked alongside advocates, leaders, and communities across South Carolina to advance women's leadership and create opportunities for women to thrive.

Today, we're turning the page on a new chapter.

We're proud to share that SC WIL's work and legacy will continue through the Women's Rights and Empowerment Network - WREN. By bringing our organizations together, we're building on what we've accomplished and creating an even stronger foundation for the future.

While SC WIL as an organization is coming to a close, our mission lives on through this next chapter. The relationships we've built, the leaders we've supported, and the impact we've made will continue to grow through WREN.

To every partner, supporter, alum, and advocate who has been part of this journey: thank you. Your belief in this work made this moment possible.

The future is brighter when we build it together. 💜 Please follow WREN to continue this work, as our social platforms will sunset in 3 months.

Say hello to Jill Rose, Co-Chair of the Upstate Leading Women Circle!

Jill is the owner of Perceptive Recruiting, a firm specializing in technology-driven recruitment and staffing solutions. For over two decades, she has made significant contributions to empowering women in the fields of technology and business as President of Upstate Women & Technology. Additionally, she serves as Chair of the Greenville Technical College Advisory Board, where she plays a role in enhancing the IT curriculum, and is on the Membership Committee for the Greenville Society for Human Resource Management. Jill's dedication to supporting and developing others is clear in all of her efforts.

When asked why she joined SC Women in Leadership, she shared: “SC Women in Leadership provides the training, resources, and networks needed to help more women step into appointed and elected roles. When women have the skills, confidence, and connections to lead, they transform their communities for the better.”
