Today, I took time for myself.

I’ve learned that in order to be a blessing to others, you must first be a blessing to yourself. Rest isn’t selfish. Healing isn’t selfish. Taking care of your mind, body, and spirit isn’t selfish.

When we are at our best, we can better serve our families, our youth, our elderly, and our community

This morning we’re on the road headed to Jonesboro to help one of our elderly clients make it safely to a doctor appointment.

A lot of people only see the big moments but real service often happens in the quiet ones.
The early morning calls, long drives and check ins or simply showing up.
