Another great night at the clinic!
One of the great benefits of the clinic is having an onsite pharmacy - we do not dispense narcotics - we do dispense life saving meds for acute and chronic diseases. Tonight we dispensed $9,472 worth of medications!

We couldn’t rid what we do with community support! Thank you Mississippi County Community Foundation for helping us help others!

Mississippi County Community Foundation is a proud supporter of the Great River Charitable Clinic, located at 33 Arkansas Street, Blytheville. This $2,000 grant will help the clinic stock their on-site pharmacy with life sustaining medications for chronically ill citizens who struggle to afford proper medical care. This clinic serves the people in Mississippi County who have no health or
dental insurance and who are not covered by Medicaid, Medicare, VA benefits, or AR Kids, and who have incomes below 150% of the poverty level without regard for race, national origin, or religious preference. GRCC began seeing patients on March 1, 2009 and since, the clinic has provided more than 7,000 patient visits with 54,000 volunteer hours and medications for chronic diseases valued at over $3,000,000. The clinic also provides optometry and dental services consisting of 400 patients for optometry services and more than 300 patients for dental services. Hours of operation are the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month, beginning at 5:30pm. *Pictured here is Rick Ash, and board members Ben Hubbard, Cody Perrin, and Tammy Winstead*
