The Phlip Phlop Phlockers of the South Carolina LowCountry are the officially sanctioned, by Parrot Heads In Paradise, Inc, ParrotHead Club for Bluffton, Beaufort, and Hilton Head Island, SC plus the surrounding areas. We are a non-profit organization that supports local environmental and community concerns. We are like minded people, often referred to as Parrotheads, that enjoy Jimmy Buffett music and giving back to the community. We like to 'Party With A Purpose'.
