As a reminder, 4-H Enrollment for the 2026-2027 Program Year is projected to open on NOVEMBER 1 this year!

This is for both 4-H youth and adult volunteers. Please stay tuned for more enrollment information this month, as we'll be sending out more details soon.

Due to the delay in enrollment start, our in person volunteer training and enrollment night scheduled for this evening is canceled. We will be exploring alternate dates in November.

Big heads up to all 4-Her's and family members. This year enrollment will not be open in October. Enrollment will start on November 1st.

September 25th is this Friday. This is another reminder that all projects left over from county fair and state fair need to be picked up by Friday. After that we cannot keep projects. The space being used to store these projects will need to be used for other purposes.

🎠The 2026 Wells County Street Fair is right around the corner. In fact, is it this week! 🎡
And as we all know, that means it is time to sign up for the Pancake Booth. 🥞🥞 There are still many open spots to sign up for.
And when you're not working the booth, don't forget to come out and grab a bite to eat.

Volunteers are needed to work at the 4-H Pancake Booth during the Bluffton Street Fair! Each club is responsible for finding 12-16 people to work during their shifts. Thank you for all your help!!

Reminder to those who have not yet picked up their auction checks. These checks need to be picked up and deposited no later than November 30th. After that, the checks become null and void. No new checks will be issued. The money will be considered a donation to the auction fund. So please make your way to the extension office to pick up those hard-earned checks. The office is open Mon-Fri 8:00AM-4:30PM.

A big thank you to Peyton's Northern for packing the first bags of the new school year for the Feeding Tomorrow's Future Today - weekend food packs for hungry kids. Peyton's had been A big supporter through the years and we really appreciate their help. Thank you.

Thank you to the Echo Community volunteers who packed the food bags this week for the Feeding Tomorrow's Future Today - weekend food packs for hungry kids in Wells County. We could not conduct the program without help from all of the community groups that volunteer, donate food and raise funds. Thank you .
