There are 2 dates available for poultry testing. June 15th and June 22nd. Both testing times will be 6:00PM - 8:30 PM. If you plan to show poultry at the Wells County 4-H Fair, you will need to sign up for a time slot using the link below. Please share with others so they do not miss out.

Fair Entry is officially open!
Make sure to sign up any project that your 4-H member is planning to bring to the county fair. It is always better to sign up early, that way if there are any questions or concerns you can call the office for help.

Thank you to the Liberty Center Baptist Ministry Team for packing this week's food bags for the Feeding Tomorrow's Future Today - weekend food packs for hungry kids. We appreciate their help and the help financial support from all of the groups who make the backpack program the success that it is. For the last two weeks we have included in the food bags a printed list of "Summer Food Resources" which lists where food is available during the summer months. Thanks again Liberty Center Baptist Ministry Team.

🌮🐄 Support the Junior Leader Food Booth for fair week! 🐄🌮

The Junior Leaders are preparing for fair week and are looking for donations to help make the booth successful!

We are especially in need of ground beef for walking tacos. Donations can be packaged ground beef or monetary donations to help purchase beef and other supplies.

All donations will help support the Junior Leader program for their Food Booth during the week of the fair. The Junior Leader Club does use proceeds from their food booth for community service initiatives and 4-H program improvements as well.

Today was the last that for the 2025-2026 school year that our volunteer drivers delivered food bags to the Wells County schools. We would like to extend a big thank you to all those who have volunteered their time and effort to help with the Feeding the Future Backpack Program. Your willingness to go above and beyond to help others in our community is a true testament that there is not only good in this world, but especially that there is good in our very own community.

As one school year ends, we will soon be reaching out to the community to ask for more support with packing and delivering bags to the schools for next school year.

Again, thank you all who helped. Your help is appreciated and valued.

The 2026 Wells County Fair is coming. This year’s theme is “4-H...Planting the Seeds to Success”
T-shirts will be Kelly Green.
A very limited number of shirts will be available for purchase during the fair, so be sure to place your orders!
