All Joy Preservation Commission

All Joy Preservation Commission The Commission's purpose is to act as a guide for the AllJoy Residents by collaborating with organizations to promote a safe, clean and active lifestyle.

The All Joy Beach Preservation committee was formed to assist the residents and beach guest by raising money and awareness. Since 1998, the committee has held fundraisers like "Cutting the Beach" house tour. Funds raised have been used for beach restoration, trash pick up, water/shower, street lights and maintenance. With assistance from residents we also work with the DNR, Beaufort County and civ

il services to protect the neighborhood. One of the largest partnerships has been with Beaufort County Litter Control to form the Buzzard Brigade. The Brigade collects litter on All Joy, Shad, Lawton and Ulmer roads. Over the years the committee turned into a 9 person Commission that is an official Non-Profit Organization. After becoming a non profit, the Commission expanded its zone to include all of All Joy Road down to the end of Pine Island to better assist all the neighbors of the area.

August 2026
July was a very busy time for our community with July 4th and the wonderful fireworks that was provided for all to see . Then the groundbreaking of the BJWSA sewage project ( and section 2 of the project is being planned) The DNR removed 3 sailboats from the MayRiver, the bill passed by the governor this year to allow this project has been very successful and the state also passed a bill to lower Boat taxes especially on large vessels.
The AJPC and Beaufort County is working on a date in September for the updates on the boat ramp and other issues, please keep an eye on the AJPC page for more info about meeting. 🌎@

Earth Day Litter Pickup in Beaufort County was very successful - results are listed below . The AJPC has plenty of litter pickup supplies available if you want any please let me know in comments. The AJPC Buzzard Brigade will not hold another community pickup till after all the sidewalk work is completed but individual pickups in areas are always incurred .
Beaufort Jasper Water Will be shutting water off in our area on May 14th , this info is also posted below .
