At Cross Schools, the tradition of Junior Marshals is one of the highest honors awarded to members of the junior class. Selected for their leadership, character, academic achievement, and the example they set for others, these students will play an important role in this year’s Commencement Ceremony as they help lead and support the graduating Class of 2026.

Our Kindergarten and First Grade students celebrated the joy of writing during our Stingray Writers Event!

Kindergarten students proudly shared informational pieces about special family members, while first graders expressed their opinions about why they love Cross Schools.

From brainstorming ideas to sharing their finished work with confidence, these young authors are discovering the power, creativity, and excitement that writing brings. We love watching our students grow as writers and develop a lifelong love of storytelling and self-expression!

We wrapped up Teacher Appreciation Week at Cross Schools in the sweetest way possible 🍓☀️

Today, our faculty and staff were treated to delicious açaí bowls from the .berries food truck, generously sponsored by our PAC! What a fun and refreshing way to celebrate the incredible teachers who pour so much into our students each and every day.

And the celebrations didn’t stop there — we also loved getting to bless our Seniors with a special treat as they count down the days to graduation 🎓💙 Senior season is officially here, and we are soaking up every moment with this amazing class!

A huge thank you to PAC for making today so special for both our teachers and seniors!

Big time visit for the Stingrays.

Clemson Tigers football Associate Head Coach Nick Eason stopped by Cross Schools this week to speak with our football players about leadership, discipline, faith, and what it takes to compete at the next level.

Our student-athletes had the opportunity to learn from one of college football’s top coaches and hear firsthand about the importance of character both on and off the field.

Thank you, Coach Eason, for investing in the next generation of Stingrays.

Today, our students gathered for National Day of Prayer, taking time to pray over our school, our families, our community, and the future ahead.

For the Class of 2026, today also marked something more. Their final Family Chapel as Cross Schools seniors.

There is something emotional about realizing the moments that once felt routine are now becoming memories. The same chapel where many of these students sat as younger children, sang worship songs, listened to messages, laughed with friends, and grew together in faith is now a place they are preparing to leave behind.

Before long, they will walk across the graduation stage. But today was a reminder that the heart of Cross Schools has never just been about the destination. It has been about the community, the faith, the friendships, and the moments spent growing together along the way.

Today, our amazing PAC treated faculty and staff to surprise deliveries served on silver trays and brought directly to classrooms — because our teachers deserve to feel celebrated in every way!

From thoughtful treats to big smiles in the middle of the school day, today was such a fun reminder of how loved our teachers are at Cross Schools. Thank you, PAC, for continuing to bless our staff all week long! 🍎🎉

Big news for Cross Schools!

Congratulations to Lanaya Snider on becoming the first student-athlete in Cross Schools history to sign with a Division I program. Lanaya will continue her academic and athletic career at Coastal Carolina University as part of the cheerleading program.

As Cross Schools continues to grow its Upper School and athletic programs, moments like this mark an important milestone in the school’s history. Lanaya’s accomplishment reflects years of hard work, dedication, and perseverance, while also paving the way for future Stingray student-athletes to dream big.

We are proud of Lanaya and excited to see all she accomplishes at the next level. Congratulations, Lanaya! Go Stingrays and Chanticleers!

Day 3 of Teacher Appreciation Week at Cross Schools was a dip-lightful treat! 🥳🧀

Our faculty and staff enjoyed a gourmet chips & dips bar this afternoon—full of flavor and the perfect midweek pick-me-up. From savory to sweet, there was something for everyone to enjoy!

Yesterday, we had the joy of celebrating our incredible teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week at Cross Schools ☕💙

Each faculty and staff member received a gift card to our very own student-led coffee shop, The Vending Machine—a win-win we absolutely love! Not only were we able to bless our teachers with a well-deserved treat, but we also got to support one of our amazing student-run businesses right here on campus.

A big thank you to our PAC for sponsoring this special surprise and for continually finding meaningful ways to care for our teachers. We are so grateful for a community that pours into those who pour into our students every day!
