This Wednesday, the 9th is Our Food Drive for Bluffton Self Help at Pickney Hall

Here is the plan:
The Self Help Van will be in Sun City on September 9th from 10am - 2 pm.
Would like to arrive at 11:00 as a group .
If you can’t make that time, please arrive at your best time.

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. —
Cars and community giving will come together Sunday, Sept. 6, when the nonprofit Carolina Dreamers Car Club hosts its annual Charity Car Show at Coligny Beach’s Celebration Park on Hilton Head Island.

The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is open to vehicles of all types. Owners who want to display a vehicle may register on the day of the show for $25.

This Sunday at 5pm the Sun City Car Club will be putting on a Nascar watch party.

The first race of the chase to the championship starts at 5m and is at Darlington Race track in SC.

We will be watching it at the Lakehouse ( In the room right across from our meetings). The club will provide snacks and pizza! BYOB! Stop by for some or all of the race.

Members: Our next monthly general meeting is coming up next Tuesday, September 1st. We will be getting updates on the upcoming Hilton Head Concours and our own Car Show, both of which will be occurring in just a few weeks!

In addition, we'll be getting a presentation on the history of Pontiac, which is a featured class at this year's HH Concours. In honor of this, we're requesting that members who have shown their car at past Concours events display their car before the meeting, along with members that have a Pontiac. Please arrive by 5pm at the Lakehouse, as we'll have saved spaces for the first 10 to arrive.

Another fast paced, jam packed evening, with the display starting at 5pm and the meeting at 6pm. See everyone there!

The Sun City Car Club (and Sun City Community ) will be holding a Food Drive to help our neighbors in need.

Here is the plan:

1) The Self Help Van will be in Sun City on September 9th from 10am - 2 pm .
2) The Van & Self Help representatives will be parked in the Pickney Hall parking lot.
3) Would like to arrive at 11:00 as a group .
4) If you can’t make that time, please arrive at you best time.
5) If you will not be around on September 9th, please bring your donations to the
Car Club General Meeting on September 1st.
I will hold for the 9th .
