We are celebrating International Dark Sky Week, April 13 - 20, right here in Bluff, Utah--an official International Dark Sky Community.

In a world where light pollution is rapidly hiding the stars, Bluff stands out for our community's responsble lighting practices. This preserves our heritage, protects nocturnal wildlife, and gives us front-row seats to the universe.

This week, and throughout the year, we invite you to "Go Dark". Step outside, turn off unnecessary lights, and discover the wonder of a truly dark sky.

Think you've driven some wild roads? Think again.
Welcome to the Moki Dugway, Southeastern Utah's legendary stretch of steep, unpaved switchbacks carved into a sheer cliff face.

Just north of Valley of the Gods and a stone’s throw from Goosenecks State Park, this jaw-dropping road climbs 1,200 feet in just 3 miles, with no guardrails and views that will stop you in your tracks (literally).

This stretch of Utah Hwy 261 is not for the faint of heart, but absolutely worth the detour if you're up for an unforgettable adventure with panoramic vistas that stretch for miles!
