Welcome to the Liberty or Death Ruck. 5K, Each time we complete a mile, we’ll choose: LIBERTY OR DEATH!

LIBERTY = A patriotic activity

Examples:
Sing a patriotic song (such as “Yankee Doodle,” “You’re a Grand Old Flag,” “America the Beautiful,” or “My Country ‘Tis of Thee”)
Recite the preamble to the Constitution
Recite a line from Patrick Henry
List the Bill of Rights

DEATH = Short, Simple PT - 2 sets of 10 reps

Examples:
10 ruck burpees
10 ruck squats
10 ruck presses
10 ruck push-ups
