Engine 4 and Truck 6 both responded to the area of Rt. 20 and Surface Hill Rd. To a reported 2 vehicle MVA upon the crews arrival it was confirmed that there was still at least 1 patient entrapped on one of the vehicles. Extrication tools were accessed to help free the patient, after a successful extrication the patient was transported by Bluefield Rescue to PCH. Units remained on scene until roadway was cleared.
