· Treasurer Report-

Dues, Due to Covid we did not collect dues last year. Everyone should have received a dues card.

· Annual Garage Sale-April 28th-April 30th

· Solar Panels-Dan presented the rules of the HOA and explained why they are not allowed in our HOA. This discussion was tabled due to changes needed in the Bylaws to become more up to date with policies and procedures. More to come on this discussion.

· New Business

We will be having a neighborhood party sometime in June. The date has not been decided yet, however, it will happen on a Sunday. Audrey will coordinate the party. Watch your mailbox for more information.

We are going to be sending out a magnet to all residents that have Board Members’ contact information on it. Tori will help with this effort.

We are going to purchase new lights for the front entrance to the neighborhood. We had some complaints on how dark it is and the street being hard to see. We are also going to clean up the front entryway and do some much needed landscaping.

We are going to have as website developed for the HOA. The hope is to be able to take online payments/requests/complaints. We only have a FB page and not everyone has FB.
