Project Update: We did receive our permit to operate in August of 2025!! Unfortunately that was too late for the 2025 season. We set new target of early Spring. 2026. However Blue River is replacing its water system pipes throughout the town- the construction will likely limit access to our property during the construction. This will likely affect our timeline for opening. We will keep you all posted.

It’s beautiful here!

This is one of my favorites. A summer sunset over Blue River, warm light spilling into the valley as rolling clouds stretch across the sky, glowing with deep oranges and blues, while the river quietly reflects the final colors of the day. Click on image for full 360 panoramic view.
