🚨 ICE IS ACTIVE: CANTON, CU***NG, WOODSTOCK, COBB, METRO ATLANTA

These rights apply to everyone, citizens included.

SILENCE. You never have to say where you were born, how you entered, or your status. Say “I am exercising my right to remain silent,” or hand over a red card & say nothing.

YOUR DOOR. Do not open it. Opening it can count as consent. ICE needs a judicial warrant signed by a federal judge, listing a court, the right name, & the place. An I-200 or I-205 signed by an ICE officer is NOT one. Make them slide it under the door. Agents lie about who they are & what the paper is.

CONSENT. “I do not consent to your entry.” “I do not consent to a search.” Say it even if they proceed. It matters later. Never resist physically.

SIGNING. Sign nothing without a lawyer. Voluntary departure forms waive your right to see a judge.

DOCUMENTS. Never show foreign passports, consular IDs, or false papers. Never lie. ICE has taken papers from people with legal status here & destroyed them. We have the reports. Green card holders are required to carry the original, so weigh that with a lawyer. Either way: photograph both sides of everything tonight, leave a set with someone outside your house, memorize your A-number, & never carry your only copy.

LEAVING. Ask “Am I free to go?” If yes, walk calmly. Do not run.

IN YOUR CAR. Driver shows license, registration, insurance. That is all. Passengers answer nothing.

IF DETAINED. You can call a lawyer (not a free one), contact your consulate, & usually see a judge & ask for bond.

RECORDING. Legal in public. Film from a distance, sideways, facts only. Get badge numbers, plates, time, place. Send to organizers, not social media.

TODAY: Cards in your car, wallet, kid’s backpack. Memorize 1 phone number, your phone gets taken. Put in writing who picks up your kids.

There are reports that they are targeting work vans carrying ladders — if you drive one to work, stay alert on the road and on job sites.
