Today we remember the third victim of domestic violence this year in Minnesota, Ashley Kittelson.

We remember Ashley Kittelson, the third confirmed victim of intimate partner homicide in Minnesota in 2026.

Ashley Kittelson was described as “a devoted mother of three young children, a compassionate nurse, and a friend to so many. Anyone who knew her knew the warmth, kindness, and generosity she carried in her heart.” Loved ones shared that she dedicated her life to caring for others. We remember Ashley Kittelson.

We remember Shantell Rosario, the twenty-first confirmed victim of intimate partner homicide in Minnesota in 2025.

Shantell was described as a loving and devoted mother, and a beloved sister, daughter, cousin, and friend. Loved ones shared that Shantell had a “generous heart” and a “contagious laugh” and was a “fairy, spirited, and full of a light that made every room brighter.” Purple was her favorite color. Shantell Rosario leaves behind four young children.
