Earlier this summer, Angel’s Watch was blessed to be included as a recipient of The 19th Annual Kemba Dealer Appreciation Golf Classic.

The event raised over $12,000 that will directly help further Angel’s Watch’s mission of providing aging and special needs pets and their families the resources and support they need.

🌈 💜 A Final Act of Love for April: Providing a Peaceful Rest for a Best Friend

For 13 years, April had been more than a pet; she was a best friend and a source of emotional support. From waiting at the door when her owner came home to sitting and listening during the hardest times, their bond was truly special. April bravely dealt with benign cysts for years. When the cysts became cancerous, April’s condition deteriorated and her owner could not bear to see her formerly strong girl suffer.

Her owner’s financial situation had been very difficult over the past year. As a full-time caregiver for her mother, who had been in and out of the hospital, April’s owner had to take off of work quite frequently and could not afford to provide a peaceful passing for her beloved kitty. Her owner shared, “It would make such a large difference to me that I can give April a peaceful rest instead of her suffering until her last breath. It makes me so depressed to see her in pain and knowing that she’s tired and suffering, and that I can’t do anything about it.”

When her owner thought all hope was lost, in stepped Angel’s Watch. April’s owner was connected to Angel’s Paws, a dedicated team providing end-of-life care to pets in need. April deserved to pass peacefully, surrounded by love and without pain, and Angel’s Paws was able to provide this service thanks to the gracious donors to Angel’s Watch. Her owner shared, “Your support, no matter the amount, will make a profound difference in ensuring April’s final moments are filled with peace and comfort.”

After a lifetime of unwavering companionship to her family, she was afforded the dignified and compassionate ending she so greatly deserved. Because of Angel’s Watch donors, and the loving team at Angel’s Paws, April was able to cross the Rainbow Bridge surrounded by love.

🐾 Pets are our family. And saying goodbye is one of the hardest moments we ever face.

🌈 💜 Snow: Our Little Blonde Miracle

Snow came into her pet family’s lives shortly before they lost their other dog. Her owner shared, “Snow was there at the right time to help us grieve; she has been a major part of our lives for almost 13 years. She was our little blonde miracle and was loved dearly.”

Snow's passing was quite sudden. She came into the living room one morning, laid down in her bed, and passed quietly from natural causes. Devastated by the loss, Snow’s family knew they wanted to keep her close. But during a time of significant financial hardship, they were unsure how they could afford cremation services. Angel's Watch, a nonprofit fully funded by donations, stepped in to offer the family a financial lifeline. Through this support, the family was connected to Angel's Paws, a multidisciplinary team providing compassionate end-of-life care to pets and their families in the comfort of their own home. Angel’s Paws helped lovingly return Snow’s ashes to her family so that they would always be together.

Her owner shared, "Snow will forever be in our hearts. We are so grateful for your assistance so we can properly grieve our loss with one less thing to worry about. Cremating her means she will always be with us. Rest in Heaven Snow!"

Next month, we are blessed to be participating in a private charity golf outing hosted by , directly benefiting Angel’s Watch!

We are currently seeking in-kind raffle donations (valued at $100 or more) for this event. Popular items include event tickets, experiences, restaurant gift cards, golf packages or equipment, travel stays, electronics and jewelry.

While this is a privately hosted event with limited attendance, your generosity will be recognized as part of our fundraising efforts and will directly help further Angel’s Watch’s mission of providing aging and special needs pets and their families the resources and support they need.

If you would like to contribute a raffle item or learn more, please send us a message. All items will need to be received by June 9th.
