The gatherings’ pace is enlivening yet relaxed. During the day there are a variety of workshops and wisdom circles on leading a loving, balanced and sustainable life. At night we celebrate with live bands, multi-media presentations, open mic, and our One Love Coffee Shop is open late. Optional events includes tours of Earthaven Eco-village and local hot springs, rafting, and zip-lines. Our gatherings are small (30 to 60 people), affordable, family-friendly gatherings of people from all ages, lifestyles, religions and spiritual paths. Many come with friends, family or mates and many come alone. Everyone leaves recharged and inspired and ready to play their part in the transformation to love. The Roskinds have organized and hosted over 100 free One Love Events at schools, prisons, Native American reservations and public venues in Jamaica and the U.S., many featuring conscious recording artists. They have also produced an award-winning PBS series and have authored books that carry a message of unconditional love - One Love.

It is now quite apparent that for most of this country's history we have been an oligarchy cleverly disguised as a democracy. Both parties played their roles - as did almost all of our elected officials - in this long-running national deception.

Now the veil is pulled back and the Wizard of Oz stands blinking in the light. The oligarchy has lost their cover and they have lost control of the message, is an indication that this insane, dark system is weak and unraveling. Their usual machinations now appear transparent, desperate and, at times, ineffective. Their world - after 5000 painful years - is collapsing.

Our planet awakens - sensing, believing, knowing a better world is possible. And in this new awareness, we will create it. It will not be easy or painless but Universal law of free will dictates that we had to create it in our hearts and minds first before it could manifest in the physical form. It IS manifesting.

A New World is Dawning:

To do our part we just need to be as loving as we can in every situation that is brought into our lives. For what is higher consciousness but a state of expressing greater love.

For those of us who vision the possibility of a loved-base world, through the pain, frustration and disappointment we experience of so many of our brothers and sisters still wedded to the old paradigms, especially those within leadership roles, the way forward looks doable.

What we need for this new paradigm is aligning. Women are breaking lose of the confines of the patriarchy in many societies, free non-polluting energy is practical, non-violence has been shown as an effective tool to confront and overthrow oppression, all spiritual paths are open to help us find our way Home, the Internet has created a global consciousness and overcome the "tower of Babel," we now know how to organically feed and heal ourselves, gay marriage is now legal, ma*****na in many states, and Bob Marley's music is growing.
Now it's just a matter of the needed change of consciousness. This is occurring below the radar as it did in India, South Africa, the USSR, and the South before greater freedom blossomed forth. Now it is a global shift as everything - and I do mean everything - is at stake.

MESSAGE FROM THE OTHER SIDE:

Three very articulate people have written best-selling books of their journeys "behind the veil" after near death experiences or a stroke. Before, they were "normal folks", none devoted spiritual seekers before.
They all returned with the same message - we are ALL loved unconditionally by an all-loving Deity, there is nothing we must do to earn this love, we are in a "soul school" here to remember this, and all is proceeding according to our souls design and there is nothing the fear.
They are the messengers, guiding us HOME to a place we never left, only in our temporary dream of separation. The greatest service we can do now, is to carry forward this same message through our lives and love.

Bob Marley was incredible in his ability to state truth so clearly, so eloquently. From One Love:

"Is there a place for the hopeless sinner who would hurt all mankind just to save his own." (sums up almost every corporate and governmental mis-leader on the planet).
From Rastaman Vibration:
"If you get up and quarrel everyday, you're givin' praise to a devil I say. Why not help each other on the way. Make life much easier." (could he state the problems many of us have any clearer).
In his short life, dying at 36 in 1981, he wrote over 200 songs and appeared live in front of millions. The director of Amnesty Int. noted that he was the best known symbol of peace on the planet. Sales of his music grows every year, over 30 years after his death. His mission and message was to expose the corrupt worldwide system called "Babylon," while leading us to a higher state of consciousness called "Zion."
This is our potential power once we recognize, as Bob did, who gave us our gifts (a loving Creator) and what they are to be used for - learning and teaching One Love.
(PS Zion in Rasta terms has NOTHING to do with Israel but rather an inner-state of UNION with our Creator which Rastas refer to as JAH!)

Depressed, disillusioned, fearful about the state of the planet?

Here's a perspective I use to dissolve all that. We are now at a time when only miracles can bring this planet and this species into balance. A miracle, however, is not a supernatural occurrence.

A miracle is simply any act of unconditional love as it defies the physical laws of the world by giving more to BOTH the receiver AND the giver. In fact, when miracles are NOT happening things are not natural.

Gandhi was miracle worker. So was MLK, Mandela, Tutu, Mohammed Ali, Bob Marley and many others - all from different spiritual paths. We can all be miracle workers. It's our Divine Inheritance.

My insights into the minds of the elite.
They are lost, damaged souls with no belief of Divine order or a loving Creator. They sense they time is ending and the winds have shifted towards love.
1) To become that wealthy and powerful most have done much to be ashamed of, very dark things;
2) Because of this they hate themselves and being spiritual children they project this hate onto others;
3) They are very angry, knowing the hollowness of their lives, lives rarely, if ever, penetrated by love;
4) Their addiction, their rush, is the win/lose game in money, politics and life in general. They play with no integrity, and their wealth and power convinces them they are at the pinnacle of humanity;
5) This addiction, this rush, offers them no real joy, satisfaction, peace so they must move on to the next "conquest";
6) They know everyone they deal with only respects and likes them for their power and money, not for being a person of substance and integrity;
7) When they witness loving people, whether famous or modest, respected, admired and loved by others, their self-hatred and anger intensifies as they, at some deep level, know the difference;
😎 They must surround themselves with sycophants and people like themselves, all of whom are intoxicated by the trappings of success;
9) They are "takers" so to give to others they feel somehow invalidates their lives;
10) Having "arrived," they never rethink their life perspectives, nor does any around them. They constantly praise and congratulate each other to avoid the intense shame a true examination of their lives would reveal;
11) They know the power of love, as demonstrated by MLK, Jr., Gandhi, Mandela, Tutu, etc., is more powerful than theirs being able to accomplish "miracles" with little financial, political or military clout. This too increases their anger and self-hate.

Conscious breakups, divorce, distancing, etc.

On a personal level, not closing our hearts to others does not mean we do not have strong personal boundaries. It does not mean that we like a person or stay in or seek out their company. It does not dictate that we remain in a fear-dominated relationship with them or allow draining or toxic behavior to continue, etc.

It just means we recognize that they - like all of us - are struggling to love and be loved. The "form" of the relationship might change but the "function" - to strive to love another unconditionally - remains the same. Some are easier loved from afar.

Are we seeking to be the breast or the suckling? A life for giving or for getting?

Do we get up every day and seek the love, attention, validation, and understanding we never recieved but always longed for (the suckling) or do we get up and seek to give to all we meet the love, attention, validation, and understanding they never got (the breast).
If the day is "for getting" success is a mixed bag - usually more disappointing than not. If the day is "for giving" it's always 100% successful! Nurture the world and all you encounter. We all need it and when you pour your heart into being the breast, all your is

Things seem to be quickening, intensifying - both for me personally, many close to me and many coming through Oasis - my tea/coffee house. Epiphanies, break-throughs, as well as fears and issues surfacing.

Through the confusion one thing is clear to me - I'm not closing my heart to anyone - EVER. When the pain (always caused by my expectations and attachments) causes me to close my heart a little temporarily, I'm just going to push it back open - maybe even wider than ever. We are all just wanting to love and be loved.

However, not closing someone out of my heart does not mean that I like a person or stay in or seek out their company. It does not dictate that I remain in a fear-dominated relationship with them or allow draining or toxic behavior to continue, etc.

It just means I recognize that they - like me - are struggling to love and be loved. The "form" of the relationship might change but the "function" - to strive to love another unconditionally - remains the same. Some I love easier from afar.
