The band needs assistance this coming Wednesday from approximately 11am - 2p but the time could be off a bit. We have 175 cases of drinks that will need to be moved from the front of the football field house around to our visitor side concession trailer. Eddie cannot do it by himself. If you are able to assist, we would greatly appreciate it. If you have a college student who needs volunteer hours and is available during that time frame, we will gladly sign off on their hours. If you can help, let us know and we will put you in touch with Eddie. If we can get at the very least 3-4 people, it would be fantastic! Thank you in advance!!!!!

We are looking for sponsors for our 2026–2027 band season. We rely heavily on donations and fundraising to help cover the many costs that come with running our band program and, most importantly, to give our students the opportunities they deserve.

A huge THANK YOU to our band families, friends, and relatives who stepped up to help fill our Fun Fest shifts this past week! It is the most stressful time of each summer and we appreciate you so much!!!!! We hope you enjoy the last week of summer break and now bring on full swing marching season!!!! Again, THANK YOU!!!!!

While supporting the band concessions at Fun Fest (we thank you!!), we are introducing a new thing to see how it goes and to give an extra option for the kiddos.

The Kids Pack will be $5 and will include the following two options....

OPTION 1:

Ham and Cheese Lunchable
Goldfish
Fruit Snacks
Capri Sun

OPTION 2:

Grape Uncrustable
Goldfish
Fruit Snacks
Capri Sun

The kids packs will come in a sealed 2 gallon baggie, which will be great to put trash in when food is gone, and the uncrustable pack will be kept in a separate cooler from the lunchable pack in consideration of any nut allergies.
