🐾❤️ Happy Vet Tech Week! ❤️🐾

This week, we’re celebrating our amazing medical team and recognizing all the hard work they put into caring for the animals at ASOSC and the communtiy! 🩺🐶🐱

We also want to give a BIG thank you to our kennel techs, who work hard every single day to keep our animals safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Animal care is at the heart of everything we do, and we are so lucky to have a team that shows up every day with dedication, compassion, and a whole lot of love for the animals in our care. ❤️

To our medical team and kennel techs: THANK YOU for everything you do, even the things that often go unseen. Your hard work makes a difference in so many lives, and we couldn’t do this without you!

We truly have the BEST team at the Animal Shelter of Sullivan County! 🐾🙌

🌻 SUNFLOWER IS LOOKING FOR HER PERSON! 🌻

You know how Chihuahuas are… 😂 They don’t need a whole fan club. They need ONE person to love, protect, and occasionally judge everyone else with. 🤣❤️

Meet Sunflower! 🌻 This little Chihuahua mix is a bit timid at first, but give her some patience, a little TLC, and time to warm up, and you just might become her favorite human! 🥹

She’s looking for someone who understands that good things take time and that sometimes the smallest dogs have the BIGGEST opinions about who gets to be in their inner circle. 😂

🐾 Are you patient?
🐾 Do you believe in earning a dog’s trust?
🐾 Are you okay with being someone’s entire world?

Sunflower might just be your girl! 🌻💛

Help us find this little lady her person! Share her post, spread the word, and let’s get Sunflower out of the shelter and into a home where she can blossom! 🏡🌻

Come by and meet her! 💛

🚨 OUR SHELTER IS FULL, AND OUR BIG DOGS NEED YOU! 💔🐾

Our kennels are full of amazing dogs, and unfortunately, adoptions have slowed down. These sweet babies are waiting patiently for someone to choose them, but right now, too many are being overlooked.

❤️ HERE’S HOW YOU CAN HELP! ❤️

🐶 ADOPTION FEES WAIVED! October 19 Through October 25, we’re waiving adoption fees for our large-breed dogs with an approved adoption application! Could your next best friend be waiting for you?

Shelter life is hard on animals, even with all the love, care, and attention our team works so hard to give them. The fuller we get, the harder it becomes to get every dog outside for playtime and playgroups. They need more than we can give them inside these kennels. They need a chance at a home. 🏡

⏰ TIME IS CRITICAL, AND WE NEED OUR COMMUNITY NOW!

🐾 If you’ve been thinking about adopting, please come meet our dogs!

🐾 If you can’t adopt, PLEASE SHARE this post. You never know who might see it and fall in love with one of these amazing dogs.

These dogs are more than a kennel number. They have personalities, so much love to give, and so much life left to live. They deserve a chance, and we need your help getting them one. ❤️

Please help us spread the word. Our big dogs are waiting, and their next chapter could start with YOU! 🐾❤️
