We’re incredibly grateful to share that Her Time Of The Month has received a $2,500 philanthropic donation from First Bank & Trust Community Fund in support of our youth program, Next In Line. 💜

Next In Line was created to pour into girls ages 13+ through mentorship, leadership development, entrepreneurship exposure, confidence-building, and community support. This contribution helps us continue creating safe, empowering spaces where girls are seen, supported, and reminded that they matter.

On May 30th, Her Time Of The Month will officially launch “Her Closet” — our new community closet created to support women and girls in our community with gently used clothing, confidence, and care.

This initiative is rooted in one simple belief: women supporting women. Every donation helps someone show up with dignity, confidence, and hope.

Next In Line is a one-year youth mentorship pipeline based in Minnesota, specifically designed for young women aged 13–19.

By blending entrepreneurship, college readiness, and character building, we transform participants into "Legacy Builders" confident leaders ready to break generational cycles and thrive.

Our Signature Programs
• College & Leadership: Bridging the gap to higher education through soft-skill workshops and structured mentorship.
• Character Readiness: In partnership with Rich In Character, we use a faith-based curriculum to foster the ethical heart of a leader. (Participation is voluntary and open to all).
• Her Time to Shine: An entrepreneurship framework where girls plan events for professional mentors, moving from aspiring dreamers to active business owners.
• Community Impact: Monthly volunteer initiatives that redefine what is possible, rewarding service with "Her Time Bucks" for spa days and group outings.

Celebrating The Sistas Owes me nothing, Iykyk. Being in that very room for the 1st time 2 years ago is one of the reason I founded Her Time. I was 37 years old and for the first time I witnessed a world outside of my norm. I see Black Beautiful, successful women who walked boldly, proud and head held high in Rooms that are predominantly White. I didn’t grow up a High School Graduate, nor did I make it to college, although talented, I grew up having to be a mother, so mentally I accepted poverty and struggle as my life. With 8 children I am now the founder of a Nonprofit organization! I walked into Sistas 2 years ago as a makeup Artist in poverty and yesterday Still as a Makeup Artist, I walked out a Celebrated, Confident Black Woman of Success! Celebrating the Sistas…. You CELEBRATED EVERY SISTA LAST NIGHT! 😮‍💨🙌🏽 Thank you!
