When TW reopens for a new school year on July 22nd, shoppers will be amazed at the new look in the lobby. For the first time in 16 years, volunteers spent time giving the walls a fresh coat of paint, cleaning the floors, and rearranging furniture. Our volunteer Arlene Green-Kahrs was part of the lobby renew crew along with Marilyn Wood, Jake Wood, and Sara Laughlin. Kudos to you all!

They came for lunch and stayed for a work session. Members of the Exchange Club of Northside Bloomington gave at least 15 service hours sorting, moving, trimming, and sharpening supplies that will eventually stock the shelves at TW. We're grateful for this ongoing relationship with ECNB. In past years, their members have held work sessions, volunteered at fundraising events, and provided generous financial support. Teachers, friends, and neighbors, Katlyn Shutters and Brittany Pedroni had a great time shopping together. For her newly acquired 2nd grade classoom, Katlyn picked out dozens of books for use with her University Elementary students. In addition to containers for art paper, lots of supplies and materials will be used in Brittany's K-2 art classes at Edgewood Primary.
